Criminal Defense Investigator
Our investigators develop a concrete understanding of the case in question, reviewing the materials provided by the defense attorney. Throughout the criminal defense investigation, we must scour police reports, copies of evidence, photographs, phone messages and witness statements related to the case, with the ultimate goal being to determine whether or not there are any inconsistencies from one witness to the next or if any details have been overlooked in the initial investigation.
Successful candidates are licensed investigators intimately familiar with the nuances required for criminal defense evidence. The involvement of a professional investigator ensures fairness, impartiality, and objectivity, and an ethical and legally responsible method of gathering, preserving, and presenting evidence.
Surveillance
Surveillance is widely considered as the most difficult and challenging of investigations, and working in the field of high-level surveillance is not for everyone.
